TCR Delivery Policy - We endeavour to dispatch your order the next day by Royal Mail or three day carrier to any address on mainland Britain. Deliveries outside of mainland Britain must be ordered directly with the Office. Customers should be in receipt of their orders within 10 days from the day the order is placed. If for any reason we have been unable to dispatch your order, we will contact you by email.
TCR Warranty and Damaged Goods - All goods supplied by TCR have a twelve month return warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. If goods are damaged in transit it is the customer's responsibility to mark goods as damaged and to notify the carrier at the point of signature ; to contact TCR and we will be pleased to send a replacement free of charge.
TCR Refund and Cancellation Policy - After you have placed an order with TCR, any refund or cancellation will be given on the value of the materials only (excluding postage and packaging). When TCR is in receipt of the returns, a refund for the value of the materials, (less £2.50 administration and 7.5% handling charges) will be provided.
Currency - All prices given and payments will be in pounds sterling.
